Message from Yogmata Keiko Aikawa Featured in the Indian Magazine *Rimjhim*, September 2026 Issue
We are pleased to announce that a message from Yogmata Keiko Aikawa has been published in the spirituality section of the Indian magazine *रिमझिम (Rimjhim)*, September 2026 issue.
The article is titled “The Restless Mind and Inner Peace: The Greatest Challenge of Modern Life.”

Humanity has made extraordinary progress in science and technology, and an enormous amount of information is now at our fingertips. Yet one fundamental question remains: have we truly understood our own mind?
In this article, Yogmata explains that the greatest difficulty facing modern humanity is not a lack of knowledge, but the constant restlessness of the mind.
“We are aware of our thoughts, but who is the one who is watching those thoughts?”
This question can become the beginning of an inner journey. Rather than fighting or suppressing our thoughts, we learn to observe the mind without becoming identified with it. From there, the path toward inner freedom and stillness begins to unfold.
The purpose of spiritual practice is not to escape from the world, but to discover inner stillness while living in it.
We are deeply grateful that Yogmata’s message has reached many readers in India, the land of timeless spiritual heritage.
